Driving Laws America

The Driving Laws America website was created in order to provide you with basic information about the traffic laws for any state in which you may be planning to drive.

How to Find Your State's Traffic Laws

Navigating to the traffic laws for a particular state is quite simple. Just click on one of the State links on the lower portion of this page. (You can also click on the Driving Laws by State link on the menu on the left side of any page and then select your state from those listed on that page.)

You will then be taken to the driving laws information page for that particular state.

You will also find a link at the bottom of each driving law page that leads to the online DMV for that state, where you can learn more about that particular state's traffic laws.
